Colchester: Cato Corner Farm’s owners take step to prevent future development – Norwich Bulletin: “Cato Corner Farm, a local 75-acre dairy farm specializing in cheeses, is the latest to be protected by the Connecticut Farmland Trust.

The trust worked with owners Liz MacAlister and her son, Mark Gillman, to develop a conservation easement that protects the land and allows their farm to thrive.”
