CT approves $10.8M for energy projects | Hartford Business: “State utility regulators have approved a plan devised by the Connecticut Center for Advanced Technology Inc. in East Hartford to hand out $10.8 million in capital grants to 10 Fairfield County communities to improve their energy reliability and costs. The Connecticut Center for Advanced Technology (CCAT) devised the scheme under a contract from the U.S. Energy Department.”
