ENE (Environment Northeast), a leading non-profit environmental advocacy and research organization working to implement innovative solutions to the region’s environmental and energy challenges, is seeking a Staff Attorney to assist in our work related to promoting sustainable energy policies, particularly energy efficiency, through electric and natural gas utility regulation and rate cases; energy efficiency program oversight; building and appliance standards; implementation of recent comprehensive energy and climate legislation; and outreach to diverse stakeholders including government, business, consumers, and the low-income community. The position will be based in Hartford, CT or Providence, RI.
