Nov 10th, 2009 | By Christopher Zurcher | Category: Busway, TransportationBRISTOL — With people living, working and playing there, Bristol’s downtown was once the heart and soul of the community, said Michael Nicastro, president of the Central Connecticut Chambers of Commerce.

John Larson and area business leaders attending a chamber breakfast Monday.
