ROXBURY – About 20 residents attended the Planning Commission’s public hearing on the Plan of Conservation and Development on Thursday, November 12. Planning Commission Chair Robert Munson introduced the town’s planning consultant, Christopher S. Wood, AICP, Wood Planning Associates, who has worked with the Planning Commission on the year-long update.
