BLOOMFIELD – Backers of the Bloomfield Greenway say they have raised their share of the $25,000 needed to design the first section of the planned multi-use trail.
John Owens, who heads the Bloomfield Greenway effort, told council members Monday that organizers have received commitments for $12,500 in donations.
