Sprague’s 50-year-old Town Hall is in line for a 21st-century, eco-friendly upgrade. Officials earlier this month received a $69,695 federal agricultural grant to help pay to install solar panels on the roof of the building at 1 Main St. in Baltic.

Once in place, the panels are expected to reduce electricity consumption in the building by about half.
