Portland residents want Kleen Energy reconstruction stopped

PORTLAND – The explosion at the Kleen Energy plant may have faded from the headlines, but it has not faded from the memories of a number of Portland residents.

Now, with a hearing scheduled next week to consider allowing work to resume at the plant, eight neighbors have rallied together to try and bring their concerns to the attention of state regulators and stop the work before it can begin again.
