CT Folk is holding its second annual Tour des Farms, a day-long bicycle and concert tour, on Sunday.

The 25-mile route begins and ends in Hamden, with stops at farms, greenhouses, orchards and historic sites. Bikes can purchase fresh produce that will be delivered at the end of the ride. At each stop, Connecticut musicians — Kate Callahan, John Ciambriello, Frank Critelli and Brian Zolzani — will entertain.

A 5 p.m. concert features all the singer-songwriters plus the gypsy swing band Caravan of Thieves. Suggested donation: $25.

Fees for the bike tour are $35 for single riders, $25 for students, $60 for a family. (Pre-register at http://www.ctfolk.org for discounts.) Registration on Sunday begins at 8:30 a.m. The tour begins at 9:30 a.m. and continues until 4 p.m. Meet at Miller Complex, 2901 Dixwell Ave., Hamden (next to the Hamden Library).
