A group of some 20 special Planning Commission meeting attendees followed a road and parked along the narrow shoulder near the access to one of three proposed development “pods” along the perimeter of the Preserve property, Dec. 19.
After Planning Commission Chairman Robert McIntyre called the meeting in the woods to order and instructed the group to ask only site orientation questions until the next public hearing, the hiking tour of the site began.
