CRRA chooses company to run trash-to-energy plant

HARTFORD – The Connecticut Resources Recovery Authority, the state’s largest trash processor, has selected NAES Corp., a Seattle company, to run its trash-to-energy plant in Hartford for five years after the current contract expires at the end of 2011.
