Winchester Land Trust’s plan to purchase easements goes back to Board of Selectmen

Land trust president Shelly Harms confirmed that the revised plan met Department of Environmental Protection approval, and added her hope that the plan would be on the agenda for the next Board of Selectmen meeting. The Selectmen signed off on the original proposal earlier in January, pending approval of the Planning and Zoning Commission and town attorney Kevin Nelligan.
