East Lyme voters approve bond for water connection with New London

East Lyme – Mandatory bans on summer water use could be a thing of the past, and improved infrastructure is now in the town’s future.

Town voters approved a $10.9 million bond at referendum Wednesday that will fund a connection to a reservoir owned by the city of New London.
