MIDDLETOWN – The former owner of Dainty Rubbish has more projects he wants to bring to Middletown.

Philip Armetta spoke during the Common Council’s Thursday night community meeting at Snow Elementary School, informing the council of his plan to build a construction waste recycling facility in town, which he projects will bring in $10 million annually.
