Toll Brothers continue plan to build on Cedar Mountain

The Toll Bros. made a presentation about their plans for Cedar Mountain at the town meeting tonight, Kelly Mowchan reports on Facebook.

The photo is the site plan Toll Brothers presented. The section to the south is the Marcap property they want to again put condos on and the portion to the north are 4 Bedroom homes. The south is bordered by East Cedar Street and the west is Russell Road.

Even though it is nestled under blankets of white and lies quiet during the long winter chill, talk about the Cedar Mountain range is starting to heat up among citizens in the towns of Newington and Wethersfield. Residents have noticed construction equipment lumbering through the woods in recent months.

Gayle Raducha, one of the founders of Save Cedar Mountain, a group looking to preserve Cedar Mountain as a wildlife friendly area for all to enjoy, is one such resident.
