Milford residents are fired up about a recycling plant proposal, but the owners say residents have it all wrong.
There is a proposal to build a large recycling facility a quarter of a mile down from a residential neighborhood, and residents we spoke to are worried the plant will turn their quiet street into a busy and smelly one.
