Cheers for NYC’s Planned Bike-Share System

The Tri-State Transportation Campaign, a regional transportation policy watchdog, cheered today’s announcement that New York City has selected a vendor, Alta Bike Share, to run a bicycle-sharing system with 10,000 bikes beginning next year.
