Can Connecticut lead the way in energy conservation?

LITCHFIELD — Connecticut has the opportunity to become the leader in energy conservation in the United States, but there is still much to do. For those in the northwest corner of the state, the opportunity has made itself quite relevant.

Department of Energy and Environmental Protection Commissioner Daniel C. Esty said Tuesday the state has a chance to “pave the way forward” in energy leadership as it comes into a unique time in conservation history.
