Millstone Nuclear Power Station’s charitable foundation has teamed with the Long Island Sound Foundation to produce a very educational 2012 calendar.
The calendar, underwritten by Dominion Foundation, an arm of Millstone’s Virginia-based parent, contains interesting factoids including that the largest section of Connecticut farmland is actually underwater with 70,000 acres of Sound seabed used to grow clams, oysters, lobsters, scallops, and mussels.
