I am going to be a consistent contrarian to any and all posts here about the New Britain to Hartford bus way. I strongly believe that building this road that uproots rail rights of way has nada to do with environmental protection vis a vis increased transit use. Instead the capital funds and bonding debt for this road need to be put to increasing and improving existing transit and para-transit services.
