Request For Proposal for Services
The State of Connecticut, Department of Energy and Environmental Protection, Bureau of Materials Management and Compliance Assurance is seeking proposals from individuals, firms or corporations to provide solid waste management technical assistance for municipalities. The Department wishes to retain a Contractor with considerable experience and the necessary expertise to assist the Department in providing customized technical assistance to municipalities and regional waste authorities to educate and assist with implementing a unit-based pricing structure for solid waste management.
