Members of the town’s Energy Conservation Commission said they were pleasantly surprised by the results of an energy audit of several town buildings.

Commissioners said many of the 11 town buildings and two water filtration plants scored well on the audit, though they reserved an in-depth discussion for their next meeting and would not release the report itself.
