Route 11 another ‘stalled project’: Norwich Bulletin

There are two other projects in southeastern Connecticut — both offering huge economic potential for the region and the state — that have been allowed to languish for decades because of a lack of funding, and the leadership needed from the state.

We are, of course, referring to Route 11 and the development of the former Norwich State Hospital property in Preston and Norwich.
