Connecticut Audubon Society gets grant to improve access to sanctuaries in Milford, Fairfield

MILFORD — The Connecticut Audubon Society recently received a $30,000 grant to refurbish two special-use trails in Milford and Fairfield that will allow greater accessibility to its sanctuaries.

Trails at the Larsen Wildlife Sanctuary in Fairfield and the Coastal Center at Milford Point were damaged by Tropical Storm Irene and the October snowstorm last year.
