Two members of Connecticut’s congressional delegation say they plan to introduce legislation to increase tax incentives for stationary fuel cells.

“Fuel cell technology and energy can create jobs and enhance our state economy as well as free America from dependence on foreign oil — a huge win-win for everyone,” U.S. Sen. Richard Blumenthal said in a written statement released during his visit to FuelCell Energy’s factory in Torrington last week.
