Last week, Connecticut Gov. Dannel P. Malloy announced the five members of an advisory group that will assist ConnDOT in looking over proposals for the redevelopment of the Stamford Transportation Center. ConnDOT is reviewing bids to bring transit-oriented development and expanded parking to the site.
The advisory group’s members, who were recommended by Malloy, are familiar with Stamford’s commuting needs and business climate, and were nominated in part because of their personal commuting experience.
