Shelton Gets Award For Conservation Excellence

On Saturday (March 23), members of the Shelton Conservation Commission, Trails Committee, and Shelton Land Trust journeyed to Wesleyan University to accept the 2013 “Excellence in Conservation” Award from the Connecticut Land Conservation Trust (CLCC).

The award was for the “successful creation and completion of the Shelton Lakes Recreation Path and Greenway: 1992 to 2012.”
