Seymour vows to cut energy usage

First Selectman Kurt Miller pledged to make the town more ‘green’ by reducing its energy footprint.

By signing the Clean Energy Communities pledge, Miller committed to initiatives geared to improve the town’s energy efficiency and promote use of clean, renewable energy.

Seymour joins more than 50 other Connecticut municipalities that have already taken the pledge, including Ansonia and Derby.
