Greenwich Man Helps Eels Clear Byram River Dam

A Greenwich man is working to help baby eels making their annual migration from Long Island Sound to rivers across Connecticut, according to WNPR News.

Joe Cassone said adult eels go out to sea to spawn and juvenile eels must make their way back up rivers into Greenwich, but thousands get caught in dams on their way back, according to the report.
