Climate Change Law in New York Bridges Partisan Divide

New climate change adaptation legislation in New York is expected to be signed into law by Governor Andrew Cuomo (seen here) this summer. It is the only legislation in the nation to require that climate impacts be a part of the state’s permitting and funding process for projects.
