Bigelow Hollow, Pachaug forest worth exploring in Last Green Valley

Located in Union, on the Massachusetts border, Bigelow Hollow State Park has it all — from boating and fishing to hiking and camping. The park is encompassed by the Nipmuck State Forest and gets its name from a hollow that is almost 700 feet below the hills and ridgelines that surround the park.
