Connecticut makes big jump on ‘Bike Friendly’ listing, but still has a long way to go

After years of lagging far behind, Connecticut made a big jump this year in the League of American Bicyclists’ annual ranking of Bike Friendly States. Connecticut moved from 40th (behind places like icy-assed Alaska) last year into 21st place in the League’s 2011 rankings. The bad news is Connecticut is continuing to get lousy grades
