Environmental Groups Sue EPA On Cape Cod Pollution

The Conservation Law Foundation and the Coalition for Buzzards Bay say excess nitrogen from septic systems, stormwater runoff and wastewater treatment can cause algae blooms that choke off oxygen that marine life needs.
