“HB 6020 would prohibit the siting of a cell phone tower within 750 feet of a school or day care facility unless no other appropriate site exists,” said Rep. Reed. “It would also allow the Connecticut Siting Council the power to impose fines on applicants who intentionally file inaccurate or misleading information to obtain approvals.”
