New Haven stormwater update from Lynne Bonnett

The West River watershed receives more than half of the raw sewage in the city and is the last on the list to be addressed. The raw sewage in the rivers is not as bad as initially reported. After almost a year of collecting data from new flow meters on the sewer outfalls it appears that the sewer plant overestimated the problem by about 50%.
