Two houses in the Newhall remediation area are stripped to the studs and one is without a roof while the homes are deconstructed instead of razed. Urbanminers Inc., a Manila Avenue company that recycles and sells old products and building materials, is teaming up with the Hamden Economic Development Corporation to get the job done.
