CT Plan of Conservation and Development in last days of public review and comment

The draft state Plan of Conservation and Development is in the last days for public review and comment. This is a five-year plan for 2013-2018. It is worthwhile to check the plan for accuracy and policy, because it may be the basis or reference document for numerous state and local decisions on everything from funding to zoning.
