Connecticut DEEP proposes revised greenhouse gas regs

Five months after Connecticut and the eight other Northeastern states that take part in the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI) announced that they had agreed to new standards that will further reduce air polluting emissions, the state’s Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) took the first steps to making those standards a reality.
